GIC "Tira" does everything possible to support young people and ease the adaption process of new employees. It was for this purpose that the Council of Young Professionals was created in 2011. The Council unites active, determined people who are ready to support the creative initiatives of the company's employees and implement innovative projects in the industrial and socio-cultural spheres.
The council is responsible for the organization of leisure and sports events, and scientific conferences, which contributes to the professional, creative and personal growth of young employees.
